Different tables, one spirit
Two kitchens, under one fire.
Restaurant
After a day of skiing, time doesn’t matter. That’s why our restaurant opens at noon and we keep the stoves burning until midnight. No rush, just authentic dishes and good conversations. For many, their second home in Baqueira.
Pizzeria
When the chairlifts stop, our oven starts. Pizzas made for whatever you want: sit and devour them in five minutes or dash back to your apartment with a steaming box. A quick, hot, no-fuss bite.
Every dish they bring is better than the last. The steak tartare, the BRAVAS, the mussels, but above all the rice dishes. I’ve come back just to try them all and I can’t choose a favourite because each one has something. Some of the best rice I’ve ever had (not even on the coast are they this good). I might choose the oxtail rice with foie, porcini and black trumpets (it was off the menu). The service, incredibly kind, and the chef, besides being a great cook, is a great and humble person. The price is perfect to come back again and again to try them all. A 10 out of 10 place.
I would move here just for the paella they serve in this place! Delicious!
We went for lunch as a group of seven, recommended by a friend; it’s their first season open and honestly the experience couldn’t have been better…!
We loved everything, from the starters to the mains, and of course the rice dishes, totally recommended…
Desserts were also delicious, the attention and the place very cosy and calm.
We’ll definitely be back!
