General Terms and Conditions of Contract

1. Purpose of the contract

These Terms regulate the provision of restaurant services offered by INFORMAL COSTA BRAVA SL (hereinafter, “L’Informal Baqueira”), with VAT No. B72497522, registered office at Calle Viladomat, 36, 2º 1ª, 08015 Barcelona (Spain), and premises at Multibaqueira, Carretera a Beret, 25598 Baqueira. 2. Table reservations

Reservations are requested and confirmed only by phone.
Before confirming, the time slot and number of guests will be communicated.
If the customer arrives more than 15 minutes late without notice, the table may be released.
No advance payment or deposit is required.

3. Takeaway orders

Orders are placed exclusively by phone and collected at the premises.
The estimated preparation time and total amount will be communicated.
The order will be considered cancelled if not collected within a reasonable time from the indicated hour.

4. Prices, invoicing and payments

Prices are expressed in euros (€) and include VAT, unless expressly stated otherwise.
Accepted payment methods may include cash (within legal limits) and debit/credit cards (e.g., Visa, MasterCard, Maestro).
For takeaway orders, payment is made at the time of collection.

5. Changes and cancellations by the customer

Please communicate any change or cancellation of a reservation as soon as possible by phone.
There are no financial penalties for cancellation, although failure to notify may affect future reservations.
Takeaway orders may be cancelled by phone before preparation begins.

6. Product availability and menu

The menu and prices may vary depending on the availability of ingredients, season or market. If a product is unavailable, an equivalent alternative will be offered.

7. House rules

Please respect capacity limits, schedules and the rest of other guests.
Smoking is prohibited in non-designated areas, in accordance with current regulations.
Behaviours that disrupt coexistence or the safety of the establishment are not allowed.
Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

8. Allergens, food safety and preferences

The allergen menu is available for consultation. Always inform us of any allergies or intolerances before placing your order.
Special requests will be attended to within the limits of kitchen capacity and food safety.

9. Modifications by the establishment

In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., technical issues, force majeure, safety), L’Informal Baqueira may adjust schedules, table availability or products, informing the customer and offering, when possible, reasonable alternatives.

10. Limitation of liability

The establishment will not be liable for delays or breaches due to force majeure or causes beyond its reasonable control. Nor will it be responsible for services provided by third parties external to the premises.

11. Data protection

Personal data provided to manage reservations or orders is processed in accordance with the GDPR and applicable regulations. Please consult the Privacy Policy published on the Website for detailed information on purposes, legal bases, retention and rights.

12. Complaints and claims

L’Informal Baqueira has official complaint forms available to consumers at the establishment. The customer may also contact consumer authorities or the European online dispute resolution (ODR) platform.

13. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Spanish and regional legislation applicable to consumer and restaurant matters. For any dispute, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the consumer’s domicile; failing that, to those of Barcelona.

14. Language and modifications

These Terms may be published in several languages; in case of discrepancy, the Spanish or Catalan version shall prevail (at the consumer’s choice). L’Informal Baqueira may update these Terms, which shall apply from their publication on the Website.
