At L’Informal we cook as it has always been done in the mountains: slowly, with local produce and without masking the flavours. We don’t cook to impress. We cook to gather your loved ones around the table.

Our Christmas menus start in the centre, to share, and continue with a main course to choose from winter dishes.

Yes. We can adapt the Christmas menus if you let us know in advance. We prepare each service beforehand to ensure that all diners can enjoy with peace of mind. We do not improvise at this time of year: if there is any allergy or intolerance, we will have it planned so you only have to focus on celebrating.

Are there tables for families or large groups?

Yes. We organise the tables according to the group size: couples, families or friends. We only need to know the number of people when making the reservation. If you are coming together to celebrate Christmas in Baqueira, we will also seat you together at the table. As it should be on a holiday.

Are there dining shifts for the Christmas menus?

We do not work with fixed shifts, but we do work with prior reservation. When your table is confirmed, you will receive the assigned time based on the service. If you need a specific time or have a special request, you can mention it in the reservation notes or call us directly.
